Sheepdog Simulator
Sheepdog Simulator
You're a Border Collie. The flock is scattered across the dale, the light's good, and the far gate is open. Get them home.
Herd real-feeling sheep through a patchwork of dry-stone fields in the Yorkshire Dales — through gates, along walled lanes, and into the pen. The sheep aren't scripted: they graze, drift, pack together when you press them and leak around you when you don't. Get behind them, use your eye, and don't rush the gate.
How to play
- W A S D — run about (camera-relative; hold Shift to sprint)
- Mouse — look around (click to lock; scroll to zoom)
- Right-drag — hold your aim and strafe
- Space / E — jump (yes, you can clear a wall)
- B — bark. Scatters sheep. Use responsibly.
- C — over-the-shoulder / centred camera · V — dog's-eye view
- K — controls & settings (look sensitivity, field of view)
Features
- A flock with a mind of its own — pressure-and-release herding, not sheep-on-rails
- Levels that grow: more fields, more sheep, narrower gates, and increasingly bolshy livestock
- A whole procedural corner of the Dales: winding lanes, gated fields, farmsteads, wildflower meadows and grazing flocks away to the fells
- A modern third-person camera and proper collie movement — momentum, a flat-out gallop, and a lie-down when the work's done
- Skylarks. Poppies. Dry-stone walls. The esentials.
Pen the whole flock to close the gates and move up a level. Or ignore the game and just enjoy the scenery.
Made with Three.js. Best played with sound on.
